Our history
Founded in 1986 by Conrad Birch, Latin Quarter has a wealth of experience in purchasing, developing, and maintaining London property and land. Conrad bought his first property aged 20, an existing office building, 128 Gipsy Hill SE19, converted it into 2 flats and renovated the office on the ground floor. Over the last 30 years Latin Quarter has developed over 240 properties. Latin Quarter recently received planning permission for it's most ambitious project to date - a £120m redevelopment of the Canal Basin in Gravesend
The company
Latin Quarter are unique in that we built, own and manage own rental residential properties in and around south-east and east London. We do not charge tenants moving in fees. We have our own in-house management and our own maintenance team solely dedicated after our own properties 24hr / 7 days a week. We are members of the Ombudsmen Property Service and tenant deposits are protected and insured with My Deposits Ltd
